Benchmark 6: Student Support

The T-STEM academy has a comprehensive approach to student support, which includes the implementation of "wrap-around" strategies and services. These strategies involve multiple stakeholders, including parents, teachers, counselors, and community members, to provide academic and technical skills necessary for high school and college readiness. Additionally, the academy provides academic, technical, and individual support for students to be successful in rigorous academic and work-based learning experiences. This approach is designed to ensure that students have the support they need to succeed in their studies and in their work-based learning experiences, and to be well-prepared for college and the workforce.
