Graduation Distinctions & Endorsements

Somerset Academy Brooks provides students the ability to graduate with specific diploma endorsements in STEM, Arts and Humanities, and Multidisciplinary Studies. Our course selection allows students to follow a track to earn a Recognized or Distinguished diploma in their chosen endorsement field.

Graduation Requirements

In order to graduate from Somerset Academy Brooks, students must earn 26 academic credits per the State of Texas.

Advanced Placement & Dual Credit Courses

We offer Dual Credit, Advanced Placement (AP), and Honors courses with our college preparatory curriculum. Dual Credit courses are available via partnerships with the University of the Incarnate Word and Alamo Colleges. We offer the following AP courses:

Dual Credit Courses

Dual Credit courses are available in English, Math, History, and Economics. These courses allow students to earn college credit while still in high school. This helps them to save time and money by earning college credit before graduating from high school. With a range of academic options and endorsements available, students can tailor their education to meet their individual goals and interests.
